EWS 2015 attracted demonstrators and exhibitors of the highest calibre.  Trade stands focus mainly on high quality hand tools but there is also the opportunity to purchase small workshop machinery, timber, finishes, furniture, basketware, used woodworking tools, veneers and other finished goods.

The British Woodcarvers Association (BWA) were heavily represented and supported by trade stands including Pfeil, Auriou, Flexcut, Arbortech and King Arthurs Tools.

The Association of Woodturners of Great Britain (AWGB) were in attendance.  Woodturning tools and supplies were provided by Robert Sorby, Jet Tools & Machinery, Magma Lathes, Abranet, Chestnut Products, Lincolnshire Woodcrafts, MAC Timbers and Nicholls Brothers.

Course Providers for tuition in woodturning, wood carving, cabinetmaking, boat building, chairmaking and green woodworking were well represented throughout the show.

The main criteria for new exhibitors in 2017 is that you add value to the show through the excellence of your demonstration or your product range.  EWS 2015 attracted approximately 3,400 visitors over the weekend and visitor satisfaction has been high due to the high quality and variety of the 100 plus exhibitors and stall holders.

There are three main areas:

Historic Barns with power and lighting provided with exhibitor space at £90 plus VAT per square metre.

Marquee space starts at £50 plus VAT per square metre.

Open field/cart lodge spaces start at £250 plus VAT without power.

Public Liability Insurance of £5 million is required by all exhibitors/demonstrators.

EWS 2017 catering requirements have already been met.
